Humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction, with survivors living as wanderers, underground dwellers, or dealing with the impacts of mutations. The wildlife has also undergone radical changes, with mutated creatures roaming the land, hunting in packs and presenting a constant threat to the human population. The planet has become a dangerous and unpredictable wasteland, where every day is a fight for survival.
